Good-Day! I’m Robin Ellsworth.

“O2B Cruising” grew from a lifetime of real adventures.  I have had the opportunity to go on many wonderful trips over the years—from road trips across the country to cruises, islands, and unforgettable ports. I will never forget my first cruise what an adventure and after that first cruise I have been on several more!!  I have experienced many ships, cabins, cruise lines, destinations, and plenty of lessons learned along the way. Everyone on the cruise ships from passengers to staff are all so kind, pleasant and interested in learning about each other and where everyone is from.  I’ve made friends that I’ve met on different cruises that live all over the world. I love to talk to them about their travels and things that they have enjoyed doing.

My working life has always centered on solving problems and helping people. I worked in the Health Care Field for many yrs. Started out as a respiratory therapist in my early twenties then progressed on to medical school and became a Chiropractic Physician helping people in occupational health care.  Trouble shooting and diagnosing situations for my patients/clients. Making sure that they receive the best care and referring them to other specialists when they need it.  Those experiences taught me to listen carefully, plan thoroughly, work honestly, and take care of people from beginning to end.

I learned not to wait for "Someday".

When COVID-19 changed the world, Illinois state parks became part of my family’s therapy and healing. Time outdoors, volunteering, exploring, and photographing our adventures helped me rebuild my strength and look toward the future. During this time, I took many adventure trips—discovering parks, coastlines, historic places, wildlife, roadside surprises, and countless stories along the way. Those years taught me that “someday” is never promised.

I love it when people that I work with on their travel plans text/email and tag me in their vacation pictures so that I can see what wonderful time they are having!!
